Three tips that will help you stay focused and on your game and prepare you for the day ahead

  1. Exercise – start your day with some kind of exercise activity – fill your lungs and vitalise your mind.
  2. Break away from technology – take a break from your computer/smart phone for at least an hour to avoid burning out.
  3. Family and friends – absolutely vital! Find time for family and friends, switch off and relax.

Simple but extremely helpful. I shall be adopting these three points from tomorrow morning and I’ll check in and let you know how I’m getting on.
